Here are my stats and activities:

3. VA residence, Have ties to NJ (lived there during middle and high school)
4. Asian (ORM)
5. Large public university
6.Clinical experience:

1. Volunteer EMT 1200hr
2. Paid Medical Scribe 1266hr

7.Research experience :

1. Research for credit student 1260hr
2. Undergraduate research symposium (Poster)
3. Undergraduate degree program symposium
4. Poster publication (3rd of 6 authors)

8.Shadowing : Adult neurology 50hr, General surgery 20hr
9.Non-clinical volunteering:

1. Kitchen volunteer at homeless shelter 310hr
2. Volunteer language consultant for a program that offers conversational English learning sessions to international graduate students, university employee/family 120hr
3. Volunteer math, science, english tutor for online platform that provides tutoring to low-income high school students 70hr
4. Refugee youth program leader (outdoor play, crafts) 50hr

10.Two gap years:

1. Working full-time as a medical scribe, clinical volunteering (EMT), non-clinical volunteering (Homeless shelter kitchen volunteer, volunteer tutor for low-income students)
2. After primaries, will begin scribing at a free clinic

You have a good list and should receive several interviews. Schools such as Temple, Wake Forest and Penn State may "yield protect" with your stats.
You could add any of these schools:
NYU (free tuition)
Mount Sinai
Columbia
Cornell
Harvard
Mayo
Northwestern
