Here's the conundrum: ESL will fall under "teaching/tutoring". The advocacy organization will go under "social advocacy". Where I am seeing the deficiency is service orientation competency. You are in a gap year, so you should be able to find an opportunity within your community where you can serve others in a position of humility and not as a teacher or subject matter expert. Activities include food distribution, transportation services, shelter work, job placement assistance, and housing rehabilitation. Try to keep the activity as far away from being too clinically adjacent.
I'm also trying to get a sense of what makes your application stand out. Schools really lean into mission fit under holistic review, and there's nothing I have in the WAMC description that helps me signal what you want to do. Research-focus, maybe? Not enough hours for community-oriented focus. I just don't get a clear picture to want to invite you to an interview. Granted, this isn't your application, but we can only help you if you help us.
All the schools you put with question marks: I don't see your fit. Your application doesn't really stand out with those applicant pools as it stands.
Your low shadowing hours and lack of non clinical volunteering will limit your chances for interviews. Also, schools may average your MCAT scores.
