Research: ~150 hours as a chemistry research assistant, ~200 as part of a research team that traveled out of the country to collect samples and network with local government officials and students.

On the surface, all seems good for in-state. I'm not sure about Penn or UNC (both very tough to get into). You may do well to add more schools (get to 10 minimum). Why are you not including Florida schools? Maybe BU if you had Tufts.
