WAMC to get into DO Schools with 501 MCAT?

• Undergrad Biology w/ Chem Minor- cGPA: 3.2 and sGPA: 3.0, Grad Masters in Biology- GPA: 3.8
• MCAT score: 501
• Residency: WI
• Race / Ethnicity: White
•Clinical experience:
Volunteer- 100 hrs total in ER, PACU, Cardiac Rehab,
Nonvolunteer- 4,000 hrs (CNA Internal Med COVID Unit + CNA Nursing Home)
• Research experience:
400 hrs drug metabolism research w/ poster presentation at conference,
100 hrs plant genetic transformation w/ no poster presentation
• Shadowing experience:
50 hrs ER, 50 hrs Family Med, 20 hrs Gen. Surgery
• Non-clinical volunteering:
150 hrs (homeless shelter, schools, food banks)
• Other extracurricular activities:
Div 1 Women's Basketball Team (team captain 2 yrs),
Organized + led youth basketball camps in my hometown (2 yrs),
Mentor for youth basketball players- coached 1 on 1 practices (3 yrs),

• I'm from a rural town (2,000 people on a good day), I'd like to serve rural communities, no previous family members are physicians and no family members work in Healthcare,

MD schools are not realistic with your stats. You could receive interviews at some DO schools and I suggest these:

TUNCOM
ATSU-SOMA
ARCOM
NYIT-AR
WCU-COM
ACOM
Noorda-COM
KANSAS-COM
PCOM Georgia and South Georgia
LMU-DCOM
LUCOM
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
LECOM (all schools)
Any new schools that open in the coming year (there may be 2 or 3)
 
I would agree that unless your MCAT were better, it might be a little tough to go with MCW and UWW WARM. However, check with them since your ultimate goals are well aligned with the WARM program, especially if you want to stay in-state to practice.
