Hello, as the title implies I'm just looking more for help on my school list.

Fixed!

  1. cGPA and sGPA as calculated by AMCAS or AACOMAS: 3.85 cGPA 3.78 sGPA
  2. MCAT score(s) and breakdown 514 (127/127/129/131)
  3. State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US) (Ohio)
  4. Ethnicity and/or race (White)
  5. Undergraduate institution or category (Liberal Arts School)
  6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer) Clinical->Scribing and volunteering at a free clinic
  7. Research experience and productivity (240 hours, likely no publications in time, will have 400+ hours by end of 2022)
  8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented (70 hours split between pediatrics, EM, patho, infectious disease)
  9. Non-clinical volunteering Tutoring and Assisting with a Food Bank (Nothing extraordinary here)
  10. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc). Resident Assistant for two years, glowing rec letter from advisor, president of two large clubs, worked with school's ministry to promote vaccination in evangelical communities
  11. Relevant honors or awards: Nothing major besides Dean's List every semester and being part of Biology Honor Society.
  12. Anything else not listed you think might be important N/A

School List:

As of now, I'm thinking about dropping St. Louis and Oakland as I have heard they are service heavy schools, but any input would be appreciated!

Your low clinical and non clinical volunteering hours will lessen your chances for interviews. I suggest these schools from your list:
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Wright State
Toledo
NEOMED
Western Michigan
Eastern Virginia
Hackensack Meridian
MCW
Netter
Oakland
USF
Vermont
VCU
Wake Forest
WVU
You could add these schools:
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
George Washington
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
New York Medical College
Albany

Thanks Faha! I'm switching around a few schools and hoping for the best! Hopefully my personal statement and letters of rec can help prove my desire to be a physician even if I don't have a lot of hours.

I think Oakland is an acceptable choice for you. I'd drop Case (MCAT requirement is too high). I'd also drop Virginia Tech as they expect very heavy / in-depth research background.
