Minimal non-clinical volunteering is not the best and hurts your chances at service oriented schools. As well as other schools in general. If your background is Hispanic, take off Howard and the other HBCUs. I suggest the following:

UNC
Duke
Wake
ECU
Miami
NOVA MD
Jefferson
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Einstein
Dartmouth
Hofstra
USF

Which URM community are you from ? If Hispanic, are you fluent in Spanish ?

Thank you for the feedback! I am African American, so I'll be keeping the HBCUs on there. Due to the minimal non-clinical volunteering, are there any schools on my list that you think I should refrain from applying to?

You could add any of these schools to your application:
Boston University
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Duke
Tulane
Cincinnati
Case Western
St. Louis

You could add IU and UCLA/Drew then. I would not apply to Loyola and Rush due to the minimal non-clinical volunteering. USC Columbia is unlikely to consider you app as well. They take limited OOS students and I’m not aware of them having any special program for NC residents. Illinois has high OOS tuition so you may want to replace them too with the new suggestions.
