Welcome to the forums.

How much have you done in the United States? You seem to be very successful in non-profit work, but there's nothing here to suggest you know anything about being a physician. We need great people who can navigate public policy and marshal resources. Why would you walk away from this?

Can you highlight your clinical experience (patient-facing, observing and working with doctors and other healthcare team members), preferably in the last 2 years? In other words, can you submit a WAMC profile?

But that wasn't in the United States, right?

I have a dorm guest policy IA for overextending guests stay by a couple days. Should i still get a commitee letter if they mention it and my school has one?

I've moved your question here since you already mentioned your IA in your WAMC thread. The IA will not matter, get the committee letter if everything else they say will be fine. You are going to have to disclose the IA anyways.

I agree, the IA isn't going to be a problem unless you wind up allowing unauthorized access to the anatomy cadaver lab...

However, make sure you clarify why you want to be a physician given your other accomplishments. I still am not clear why you want to go through the gauntlet and hierarchy of medical education and training. Again, not enough clinical as described.
