It appears that all of your volunteering is related to triathlon. Most adcoms would like something that is independent of that connection when it comes to service orientation (food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation) when serving marginalized or under-resourced communities. If you don't have at least 150 hours before submission, your application risks being screened out. For higher-metrics schools, you should get more (250 minimum).
