Hello,
I am a first time Vet school applicant applying in this application cycle.
I am a female Maine resident going to have a bachelors in animal sciences with a pre-vet focus.
Cumulative GPA: 3.9
GRE: Taking it in a few weeks
Have over 300 hours in a veterinary office.
Have worked at a farm, and dog kennel run by a vet, have written for a published website, and participated in other various organizations.
I am a part of two honor societies as well.
I am certified within the State of Maine to artificially inseminate dairy cattle.
Receiving letters of recommendations from:
3 veterinarians I work for.
In the process of asking various other professors and managers.
Looking to apply to:
The Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island
Cornell University
Tufts University
The University of Florida
North Carolina State
Michigan State
I am open to going other various places that others may think is a better fit. I am just wondering what my odds are of getting accepted to these schools and at which schools I would have better odds.
