Hi there,

Just starting my first day of Radiation Oncology tomorrow morning. 🙂 Aside from planning to work hard and trying to squeeze in time for research projects, does anyone have any tips on how to maximize the learning potential in a Rad Onc residency... in particular:

- best texts ?
- best place to look up relevant research/articles/reviews ?
- best ways to learn physics and radiobiology ?

- for any upper years/recent grads, anything that you wished you had done differently that in retrospect may have benefitted you ?
