Right now, if you accept Medicare you have to have a Dr's order. This bill attempts to get the same level of acceptance as other doctoral level providers. If you believe that universal health care is coming and want to practice psychology, you might want to take a minute and fill this out.

I wish someone would clarify this. I have been a medicare provider for over 10 years in 3 states and have never had to have a patient get an order from a physician???
