Botox injection left piraformis muscle. Now have terrible pain in left hip and across thigh. I have to use a cane now. I also keep falling my left leg keeps giving out. Hopefully someone knows of any adverse effects from Botox Injections and can they cause problems in different areas. If there is a way to get rid of this pain which I think was caused by the Botox injection please let me know. Would love to be able to walk again.
