I took the Kaplan course a year ago and then was out of the country for a year. I have now returned and asked the Kaplan rep if I could retake the course with the "Higher Score Guarantee." They said I would need to pay the full price to access the Kaplan QBank. I am looking to make offers. Thanks in advance!
