I do have the Kaplan NBDE lecture notes for part I. ( $200)
Also i have a the Dental decks for I & II in a soft copy form with a few unreleased question papers and some important factsheets for the exams. ($85)

The lecture notes are clean and the latest. The dental deck is 2007 version.
