I posted an ad for Optometry Board Review Materials about 2 weeks ago in the free classifieds section. It includes KMK vol. 1 & 2 4th-perfect condition both Butterworth and Heinemann review for nbeo part 1 & 2, and 1000 review questions for the nbeo. Total:$275 + additional cost if shipping materials. Also included are various extra study materials for part 1 &2. Please take a look at my ad in the free classifieds section, it is titled Optometry Board Review Materials.
