Sorry to hear that. It really sucks when everything is going well and things like that come out of nowhere. 🙁
I think it happens to all of us at some point though. My review for soft tissue surgery basically said I had no confidence. My friend just got a particularly soul-smashing review as well. I would just take it in stride, try to improve what you can, and move on to the next thing.

That's the worst. I'm sorry. Best thing to do is to shake it off and move on to the next. I've had a couple of less than stellar reviews and it's hard to not let them get to you. What helped me was having a couple of glasses of wine and a bitch-fest with a friend and then never looking at the evaluation again.

Thanks for letting me vent.... Only sdn members would understand!

It definitely happens to everyone. Vent, rant and roll your eyes and move on - it's really not worth letting it affect you more than that.

There you go. Plus it's good training for when you get in practice and get nasty letters or on-line reviews from clients bitching about something or another (usually costs).

Definitely happens to everyone. At least when you get legitimate critiques, no matter how hard it may be to hear, it's useful. The worst is when something you said/did is misconstrued or exaggerated and not even truly representative of you or your capabilities.
