Washington General medicine consult or manual of medical therapeutics ?

I am confused about Washington Manual, I have found 2 different editions. One for Medical Therapeutics & other one for General Internal Medicine Subspecialty consult. Which book is for med4 (SubI) & to understand Internal medicine very well ?

Almost everybody here suggests that book but when I asked which edition nobody replied!!
