For everyone who is waiting on the University of Washington - I just talked to the admissions office. The advisor is on vacation this week and they haven't sent out any interview invitations yet. They project that they will be sending out the first batch within the next 2-3 weeks.

Yeah I have not heard anything from them other than my Application was complete... do they do most communication through mail or e-mail?

I'm kind of scared I really want to go to UW :/ Hopefully I get an interview !

When you get your interview, it is pretty much based off of when you send in your secondary (so make sure you send it in early) and also when you can get a hold of the admissions office to schedule it. Usually UW doesn't even start interviewing until late October/Early Novemeber, and those are considered very early interviews. However, I know they interview into as late as March/April and there are people from those interview slots that DO get in... so don't be sad if you don't hear in the next couple of months because it really depends on when they recieved your application 🙂 Also, if you have any questions, feel free to call them. They are very nice and will help you out in whatever way possible. Good luck everyone =)

Mine also says "under review," but I haven't even received a secondary app request. Does it just mean that they're finally reviewing my primary app and deciding whether or not I should receive one?

oh, i had already received and completed the secondary a while ago. so i don't know, maybe.
