There are 4 AAMC FL's designed for this purpose.
All MCAT scores are visible and will likely affect a school's assessment of a candidate. Applicants do not have the option to "not submit."
Voided exams are not graded so the applicant will not know how well (or poorly) they did. They will have burned one of their lifetime 7 MCAT sittings, though.

Whenever I walk out of an exam thinking I did poorly, it’s probably one of my better scoring exams.

Voiding it because you thought you didn’t do great, unless you were totally clueless on large portions of the exam, probably isn’t the best plan.
