Hi,
I'm at the point in my application to Waterloo where I have to send in my two confidential assessment forms. They are called confidential because we are not suppose to see them, correct? They should be sent directly to the University of Waterloo by the people we get to fill them out, right?

Yep, when you ask the person to do a reference and they accept: You give them the sheets from the application and an addressed stamped envelope and hope they think you're alright!
