I stilll have not heard anything back from waterloo, should I consider it a no? 🙁

I'm thinking it's a no, with the interview happening 9 days from now 🙁

You could always phone their admissions office to double check if your name is on the list but wasn't contacted properly. If you email them, it will probably take 4 or so days for them to get back to you (seeing as their offices might be closed for Remembrance Day).

You should have heard something by now - it would really shock me if Waterloo didn't contact you at all, even to tell you no. Phone the admissions office as soon as you can to confirm your status - the earliest you'll be able to get anyone is probably Monday morning.
