My AMCAS was verified in September and I have received nothing from Wayne State. Is this normal there?

Me either! What's going on with that school. I met someone in Vermont who was a California resident that had an interview there way back in November. I haven't heard a peep from them.

I was verified in October, and Wayne State was my last secondary to arrive.. just before Christmas. I think they are just slow. I am a state resident, however.

I submitted AMCAS to Wayne State at the beginning of December and haven't heard anything...I was beginning to wonder about that, but glad to see others are experiencing lag time, also. Has anybody bothered to call them? It may help, but a more likely bet is that it won't and we'd just be annoying...oh well.

I added them to my AMCAS list of schools on 11/17. (I had already been verified by AMCAS.) I called Wayne State approx 12/18. They said they had just received my name from AMCAS at the beginning of December and the speaker was certain the Admissions Committee had not yet reviewed the AMCAS app to decide whether or not to send a secondary since they screen pre-secondary. Hope this helps.

I just got a secondary in the mail today, I added them to my AMCAS list on December 7, but I'm in-state, so I doubt this helps if you're not. But it comes via snail-mail, no email or on-line application.
