Ways to battle nervousness

Hey guys,

I have my DAT tomorrow morning and I'm so nervous! I'm ready since I've been studying for 3 months, but for some reason I can't get over this nervous feeling. Usually when things get this bad I either bite my nails (bad habit I know) or I chew on rubber (hehehe) you know like those yellow livestrong arm band/ bracelet things that everyone seemed to wear way back when.

Well do any of you know if I'm able to either chew gum, or my bracelet, during the test (weird question I know), but I relieve stress the best through resistance in my jaw and it helps me focus if I can chew on something... even a rubberband would help ... just something! EEP!!:scared:
 
If the rubber arm band is clothing article, it should be fine. You can't have anything in your pocket. I'm not sure about the gum tho.
 
Kill two bird with one stone. It was kinda chilly where mine was, so I suggest wearing a sweatshirt and chewing on the string! I struggled with being nervous as well.
 
my test is tomorrow too and im ****n nervous too, and i didnt study that much besides the last 2 weeks
