WBC labeled scan or Gallium for spine infections?

Someone can tell me whats more sensitive between the two modalities. After a little research seems Gallium would yield higher sensitivity for an acute infections.

Whatever the choice is, after how many hours should images commence, whether for gallium or WBC?
