I never took AP Physics B in high school. I just took a basic physics course. In college, the people who found Physics I easy were the ones who had already taken AP Physics B. The reason I didn't get a good foundation in college is because the professor had a heavy accent and didn't really teach. He just read off PowerPoint slides, which themselves weren't very good at all. Most slides just showed derivations of formulas rather than explaining concepts.
On the other hand, I aced Physics 2 at college because I had an excellent professor, which motivated me to work even harder. I got an A in the class, and my professor asked me to be a teaching assistant. The problem is, how do I get a proper foundation in Physics 1 for the MCAT now? What's the most effective method? Best books/videos? Etc.
