does anyone know of a website where you can see specific physical exam maneuvers, like straight leg exam, etc? things you are not taught in a general physical exam course?

The Family Practice Notebook can be useful (fpnotebook.com).

Go to the book you want (say Orthopedics) select the Chapter: Examination, and select page: Straight Leg Raise

Not the ultimate resource, but better than nothing. Google is your friend 😀
