Hi everyone,

In career change mode and just got accepted to two programs! Couldn't be more excited..and nervous. Both programs start Anatomy over the summer, and classes restart the last week of August, which is also my wedding weekend.

In an effort to be as ahead as possible (if it's possible), I wanted to ask for your advice on what I can do to prepare for the summer? I have a few buds who have books I can borrow to start reading, but let me know if there is something I should focus on in Anatomy, or how you would go about trying to get ahead of the game.

It's going to be a crazy week with school/wedding, but I'm pumped and ready for both!

Thanks in advance.

Honestly the besting to do is enjoy the time off while you have it. Maybe do all (or as much as you can) of your planning prior to beginning your program. All professors teach a bit different and its easier to just learn from them instead of learning yourself and then having to adapt to their teaching style. You'll be fine, one of my classmates did the same thing our first summer and everything worked out.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sure come summer I'll be plenty busy with studying etc. I'll probably chose the happy medium and at least familiarize myself with some basic A&P.
