Some EM programs seem to have weekly reading assignments and weekly quizzes; others have monthly CORD quizzes. For those of you in residency, have you found that one works better than the other?

...weekly quizzes prevent procrastination?
...or weekly quizzes are a bit too frequent and interfere with life?
...or am I focusing on something that I shouldn't be wasting any time on.

Answer C. It's not gonna matter. You adjust to however (if at all) you take quizzes.

Personally, I would definitely have an issue with weekly reading assignments and quizzes... i mean, come on, we're all adult learners here, this isn't college. Monthly quizzes ok, but I like my independence. I wouldn't base my decision on this, but it would raise an eyebrow (and make me ask - just how much hand-holding goes on in this program??)
