I'm planning on applying for entrance at an Osteopathic school in 2013. But there's a weird hang-up on the application:

So I had to retake Physics I after flunking, and got a B+. However, when I transferred to a new school they never got the grade--so I ended up having to sign-up a THIRD time because they didn't think I had the credits to get into Physics II. By the time everything was sorted out, I ended up having to withdraw with a W.

Should I list it as a second re-take on the application, or just leave it alone? I was only signed up for, like, a week and a half.

I'm not sure about this... but I think that you should mention it since schools will see the W on your transcript. Did you call your original school to ask if they could sort out and confirm that you did take physics I? I don't see why they wouldn't have this on record.... hmm..

Have you checked your official transcripts to see if you actually even have a W for the week and a half Physics? At my University, if you withdraw within a certain period of time, you don't get a withdrawal mark on your transcript. It's pretty common at my university to sign up for 18-21 credit hours and go to the first week or so of classes. Then, once you have a feel for things, drop the one(s) that are going to overload you the most. If they gave out W's that early in the semester we'd all be screwed.
