1. My science GPA is higher than cumulative GPA..
Is that a good thing? I think it makes me look nerdy.
(cGPA: 3.48, sGPA: 3.55)

2. My minor (Physics) GPA is also higher than my major (Biology) GPA..
Is that a good thing? or do they just not care about minors...
(Biology (Major) GPA: 3.5, Physics (Minor) GPA: 4.0)

I'm kidding 😛. Your stats are fine, and having a high sci GPA is a good thing.

Yes, you look so nerdy with your 3.55 sGPA, might want to bring it under 3.4 to be safe🙄

They will not look at your physics GPA separately, they will look at your biology+chemistry+physics GPA together as a separate GPA however.

Hey, I also did a Physics minor (Physics and Math minors), and had the same minor GPA as you, and my interviewer was very impressed with it and commented on my Physics marks. I ended up getting in, so I'm guessing it's a good thing. I don't think you have anything to worry about
