that means you will be under review with people who will be interviewed after dec 1st. they may call you at any point (after the committee meets) to tell you the decisions. so i think you will either be accepted later or be placed on waitlist.
don't feel too bad because at least you didn't get rejected. you will know you get rejected because they send out their rejections right away. so in some way no news = good news...
