Oh man, can you not edit it again? I'm sure that happens a lot though, so if you don't get a chance to do it in your secondaries and cannot edit the application, I'd call the school up and tell them the situation.

Mistakes happen and there's nothing you can do about now so try to make the best of it. But the fact that you've improved your app significantly bodes well. No school will think that you were trying to be deceptive in any way. When you contact the schools, be sure to emphasize that it was a technical glitch, confirmed by AADSAS, which they were unable to resolve. You don't want schools wondering how you could have been so careless. I think that's more of an issue than actually getting your updated info to schools. I can't speak for all schools, but I'm fairly confident that most schools, once you contact them, would be happy to append any additional info you submit to your file.
