I haven’t heard anything either. I have actually emailed Amy Kellen 4 times for a status update and have yet to get an answer.,.

I was told by Amy that decisions would be sent out the week of April 3rd but I still haven't heard anything.
 
I got an acceptance letter in the mail last week but will be declining. The faculty all seemed so nice and passionate at Wesley though!!

Not a thing.. I applied a little later so I'm just guessing they're waiting to see if students accept or decline but I wish they would tell me something

Congratulations as well!! Did you interview in person? I had an interview almost two weeks ago and I am nearly pulling my hair out waiting for a letter to come in the mail...I have been applying for several years (yes, years) so hopefully I will hear some good news soon.

Did Amy ever email you back? I had an issue contacting via email as well.

No she still hasn’t gotten back to me. Last year I got rejected on May 2 via email and I called her right away to find out how I could improve my application and I did exactly what she told me and stated this in my emails with no response.

I also got rejected last year, but was sent a letter in the mail. I think non school affiliated emails might be ending up in spam because I’ve emailed more than one faculty member and haven’t gotten a response...I’m going to try calling.

Yes that could definitely be the case as I am using my gmail account.

Best of luck to you too! I work with an OT who graduated from Towson. She spoke highly of the program!

Question regarding Wesley, did you interview in person or over the phone?

Thank you! Yeah I heard great things about it so I’m very excited! When I interviewed for Wesley I opted to do it in person
 
So I applied to Wesley and hadn't heard anything from them either. I finally called last Tuesday and they said they sent me an email for an interview about 2 months ago....which I never got! And it wasn't even in my spam because I check that constantly now since I missed an interview letter for Downstate in NY (top choice) last year when that was in my spam. So I told Amy I never got anything and she was really nice about it and said that they were having computer issues at the time so it was probably on them. She told me that the class was about half full though and warned me that I might end up waitlisted since its kind of late. Then on Friday she called me to schedule a phone interview which is going to be on the 24th. It's so weird that your waitlist letter says the class is at capacity already OTinWonderland! I wonder what that's about??

That is bizarre...maybe they’re still waiting to hear back from the initial wave of acceptenaces? But why would they mention that you would probably be waitlisted if the class is only half full? Makes no sense.
 
I also have a phone interview tomorrow! Got a call today...

Yeah I have no idea what they're doing it doesn't make much sense at all lol

Yeah, now that I think about it...they maybe asked me two or three questions. I was also contacted last minute so I’m not sure if we’re being interviewed to be placed on the wait list or what’s going on.

Yes I had all of them completed but had a C+ in one class, so my acceptance is conditional and I have to retake that classes to get a B- or higher...
 
I also got accepted! I'm weighing my options but currently leaning more towards another school that's closer to home.

I called a couple of numbers that I found on the OT staff page but they all told me I had to speak to Amy so I ended up looking her up and calling her number directly at (302) 736-2343.

Congrats! Slightly same boat. I was actually hoping to get into Wesley since it's closer to home. When is your deposit due?

When I called on Monday to put my depoist down with Amy, she told me that there were only a few spots left before they went to waitlisting so she said it was a good thing I called.

Hey Everyone! I was accepted as well and have not really been able to find anyone else attending! We should start like a Facebook group or something for the people attending or possibly attending!! I’m very excited to meet you all!!!
