You've probably already started somewhere, but for future reference for others I thought I would comment on West Chester, PA. For Jim WC above, it worked out perfectly. He got the required MCAt score and GPA for the link program, so he went on to med school. that's not a bad way to go for sure. The pre-med advsisor will likely tell you about Jim if you talk to her, she's very proud of his accomplishments there.
For others in the post bac program, it hasn't turned out great. What they don't tell you is, you have to get a 27 on the MCAt to even get a letter of recommendation from the Pre-med committee. There has been many post bacs and undergrads at WC who didn't get a 27, even students with a 26 and a high GPA, are not recommended. basically, they want to be sure you'll get in school before they write a recommendation for you, that way their percentage of those accepted from West Chester is very high (that's how they can boast about their 90% acceptance rate of those recommended by the committee).
The other thing they don't tell you is most of the students who get into med schoool from west chester go to an osteopathic school. Not that there's anything wrong with Osteopathy, that's just something they won't tell you if you talk to the pre-med advisor.
The classes are easy at Westchester, PA. Unfortunately, that doesn't help too much with the MCat.
The pre-med committee in general is not there for your best interest. their main job is to bolster the school's pre-med reputation at the student's expense.
If you don't make the cut for their pre-med committee (27 mcat), nobody will stick up for you. Unfortunately, schools in the area (PA, NJ) are looking for that letter of rec from the committee. if there's no letter from the committee, forget it. you might as well go to the carribean.
I recommend Bryn Mawr's program. I've also heard good things about Temple's program. You're own undergrad institution is a good place to pick up the required classes too.
