Hello, I was curious as to whether they have a tendency to admit California residents more readily and/or easily then say Midwestern or East Coast applicants?

Think I've read Western attempts ~25 Cali and ~25 Non-Cali.

Neither school gives preference to California applicants. Due to there locations, it typically ends up that each class has many California residences, but this is due to the pool of applicants they get only. Both schools will admit the best applicants, regardless of where they are form.
