I am working of my Western Supplemental and had a question. What do they mean when they ask "Have you previously submitted an academic worksheet to Western University for review?" Thanks!

An academic review sheet is something you can submit during a certain time of the year. It's a list of your courses, and they'll review them and let you know if certain courses will be accepted and what class you still need. It's not something that's required, just something you can do.

They are a nice shortcut for the staff at Western. If you submitted an academic worksheet, then they already approved your courses (or not!) so they don't have to go through it again but rather just find the sheet in your file and you're good to go.

I suggest filing one of those ahead of time so there are no surprises! I submitted one and got approval for courses that they later gave me a hard time about. Fortunately, I was able to refer them back to that sheet and the approvals they gave me via email.

do any of you guys know whether Western requires that you send all transcripts/gre scores in the single packet along with your supp app, etc? or can we have transcripts sent directly from our school

I know I had mine sent straight from my undergraduate school.
