I interviewed there last year, I don't remember all the specifics but it was not your typical PT interview.
I know they asked me about if I have ever had disagreements with a professor's grading or something along those lines. A time I encountered dishonesty and how I dealt with it, which somehow led into if I saw a classmate cheat what would I do. I just remember leaving, thinking how strange some of the questions I got. I think they asked me to describe myself in 3 words too. I'm sure there were a few other questions but I can't remember all the details. They also had an "essay" to write before the interview, more like a long answer question, and it was a picture of a guy in a wheel chair juggling and asked what that picture had to do with physical therapy.
Be prepared to answer the normal PT type interview questions, Why PT? (as opposed to nursing/PA, etc), a time when you were a leader, a time when you had a conflict and how you dealt with it, and be able to answer questions about your volunteer experiences. I don't remember if Western U asked those, but those are pretty typical and have a couple questions to ask them as well at the end of your interview.
