What APT are closest to LECOM campus in PA?

I'm being swamped with studying for the MCAT this coming Aug, and I still need to look for an APT at LECOM since i'll be doing the post bacc this coming Fall. Please! If you go, or went, to LECOM, can you give me a break down list of the apt complexes nearest LECOM (within walking distance) with decent> good living condition. I'm looking for 1 Bedroom APT or condo or whatnot. And if I really need a car there.

Keep in mind that I'll be flying over from CA. ANY input on living situations would help tremendously. Thanks SDN!
