I have not took my OAT yet, plan on taking it in September 2010. I am planning on apply for the 2010/2011 cycle.
I have volunteered with an optometrist for the past two years.
Please let me know if you guys have any insight.
If you were once in a similar situation and where you got accepted, what your GPA (both prerequisites and overall GPA) was and your OAT score was.

Thank You

Are you more interested in pharm or optometry? Best to focus on just one for now.

i think you have a chance, but not that high of one, based on the AVG GPA of admitted students you are a little low, but dont let that hold you back, you can still do it. If you dont get accepted this time around, im sure if you retook some classes, and got better grades (B's, A's) then you will have a better chance. i think something that is hurting you is that even when you retook a class you still only got a C in it, but i am in noway an expert on this stuff. take a look at this for stats on the 2009-2010 class profile.
