After browsing College Confidential, looking at other people's stats, and feeling like a failure, I decided to ask here because CC has a reputation of being unreliable when it comes to chance threads.

Class Rank 22/719
Unweighted GPA no idea
Weighted GPA 4.3536

SAT:
Math 770; Critical Reading 750; Writing 770 = 2290 One Sitting

SAT II:
Math Level 2: 780
Chemistry: 780
Biology: 750

AP (by the time I have applied to BS/MD programs):
Calculus AB: 5
U.S. History: 5
(I go to a relatively crappy public school so we don't get much AP freedom till junior year and even then, the selection isn't great. I did however take a dual-enrollment UMass Lowell Biology class in which I earned an A.)

During my senior I completed 5 more APs:
Statistics, Calculus BC, English Literature, Psychology, Physics B

EC's: Shadowed an internal medicine doctor for ~100 hours in 10th grade in India
Shadowed a gastroenterologist ~50 hours in 12th grade in India
Volunteered in a clinical lab of a large hospital ~80 hours in 12th grade in India
Volunteered ~150 hours at local hospital
Took care of grandmother who suffered from severe RLS everyday after school in 9th grade (prevented me from participating in after school activities)
Competed in Science club/league 9-12 (we sucked though)
Cross Country and Track & Field 10-11
Other insignificant clubs and volunteer hours not worth mentioning..
No research experience 🙁

Schools I am looking at:
BU SMED (top choice)
RPI/AMC
Drexel/Drexel
PSU/Jefferson
TCNJ/UMDNJ
Northwestern HPME
Brown PLME
Tufts
Johns Hopkins
Northeastern
UML (absolute safety)

I know Northwestern and Brown are a crapshoot for anyone but are the others ok? I've been worrying a lot recently because my class rank is not the best it could be cause I've gotten C or two in history my weakest subject and scattered B's. Not only that, I don't have strong non-medical related EC's, no research experience and when I read back my medical related EC's, they seem sketchy because most of them are in India. This is because in the summers of '10 and '12 my family visited India for weddings and whatnot and of course they dragged me along. Not wanting to waste my summers, I did the best I could in India by shadowing/volunteering. This also brings up another point: I'm Indian and therefore an overrepresented minority and I'm not a 1st generation college student.

I feel like all of my shortcomings are gonna add up and I won't get into BU my top choice! I know it's not the end of the world if I don't get in but going through College Confidential and seeing my competition worries me. Since you guys are a different crowd, what do you think about my position and chances?

Also, if my cousin (we share the same last name) is in BU's accelerated program, would that help or would it not make a difference?
