What are my chances to get into medical school in Texas?

Hello all,
Can someone give my some advices to improve my medical school application? Also, what are my chances to get into medical schools in Texas?
My status:
Current GPA: 4.0. Sciences GPA: 4.0 non-science GPA 4.0
I got an Associate biological degree in community college. (Honor graduation)
I am a sophomore with Medical Laboratory Sciences (B.S) major and I intend to have 1 gap year to go to work and save money for MCAT and med school apps.
I have already taken ALL pre-requisite for medical schools with minor in Chemistry as well.
Work experiences:
Math tutor for 3 years in community college
Lab safety assistant officer in a 4-year school (current)
Extracurricular activities:
Volunteer in chemistry research lab (silver nano particles) and computational chemistry.
Volunteer in hospital (ER, giftshop, information reception desk) (500 hours - recently)
Shadowing a surgeon (about 200 hours)
All I need to do is to get a good MCAT score? Is there any advanced biological classes I should I need to take to make my app look good?

Your MCAT is really important so can't comment fully without having a score; however, at your current trajectory, prepare and score well and you should have a great shot.

Right now, focus on completing your degree, maintain your GPA, and _potentially_ look into research as another element to round out your application.
