Hi guys!
I am applying for MD/PhD programs summer 2020. I am taking the MCAT in the spring and just started studying this month.
Although I don't have my MCAT score, I am still curious which schools I should apply to if I (hypothetically) if I were to earn ~515+.
I have a 3.93 GPA and I am a dual degree candidate for a Chemistry BS and a Cell and Molecular Biology BS
I have my own project in a neurodegenerative disease lab (no grad student, I spend about 10 hours a day in the lab)
I will be published by March
I have presented at a few conferences
I was a medical scribe and research team member at a private practice (~500 hrs)
Hospital volunteering (~100 hrs)
Member of a few clubs/started a journal club
Some hobbies include: art, scuba diving
I am also a waitress
Overall, I am just looking for some advice on how to improve my CV and which MD/PhD programs would best fit me (I am very research focused and interested in Parasitology).
