GPA is upward trending..

MCAT (P/V/B) --> 9/10/11 : Total: 30

Scribing experience: 880 hrs
Shadowing experience: 40 Hrs (primary care/specialists)
Teaching Assistance experience
Research experience for a semester
Cultural Chair/Vice president/president of school organization
One of the founder of an organization..
Working at optometrist office..

What are my chances for Texas MD schools? Please help me identifying out of state schools.
