If you just type in a genetics concept into YouTube, you'll get a plethora of great videos - they really saved my butt when I took genetics. Do some browsing and you'll find what you're looking for.

Some channels that I used: Bozeman science; AK lecturers; Crash Course; Khan Academy

You could try the BRS genetics book. It's for Step 1, but it's a solid review of the basics. Assuming, of course, that this is for non-MCAT studying.
 
shame's biology, khan academy, armando hasudungan are all youtube accounts I used in undergrad. They are especially useful if you are a visual learner
