What are the abnormalities on this T2 Cor image of the ab/pelvis?

My original intention was to post this as a poll question. Thank you for preserving my sanity, and faith in the future 🙂. I had not one, but two RAD residents tell me the PT had malignancies, nor could they identify the ES congenital hypo of the RT kidney.

1 image is not nearly enough. Good chance the pathology is hiding on a slice or sequence not shown. If the TE is high enogh, many aggressive lesions are inconspicuous on T2 - did they show you a low TE T2 or a post con T1?
