From reading all the threads, the only 3 actual linkage programs are:

Tulane ACP, EVMS, and Temple ACMS

Then Toledo and Cincinnati have good linkage rates but they are not nearly as guaranteed.

Would this be an accurate assessment?

wrong.

The only actual "guaranteed" admission linkage program of those that you cited above is Temple ACMS. Even then nothing is guaranteed 100%.

Tulane ACP has a very high linkage rate if you score about the T1 averages in physiology. Do most get in if they meet this guideline? Sure, but I think I've read that there has been at least one case where someone didn't (problems occured..). EVMS has a high linkage rate as well as does UT and UC. Notice something in common with at least EVMS, UT, and UC that has to do with class size.

I would add in RFU MBS as another high linkage program to their host medical school.

ACP alum here. In order for ACP students to get accepted to Tulane SOM, they must exceed the average for the Gross Anatomy and Histology courses. Physiology is not taken by ACPers. Students may also opt to take Medical Neuroscience but by that point in the year they will have received a decision from Tulane SOM if they did well enough in the other two classes.

As jslo85 stated, grades are important but personality issues also play a role. Strange characters may not be invited to join the next class, so ACP students are expected to treat medical students, faculty and staff well. That should go without saying, but there have been a very few number of cases in which personality conflicts precluded someone from being accepted to Tulane, despite adequate grades.
