What are the Rad Onc residency programs which do not participate in ERAS 2021?

Looks like a few are currently listed as not participating, but they may still need to change their status.

Most of these places are bottomless hell pits from where you will never get out of. Think about this carefully. These are programs often on brink of shut down who cant take from within the match.

You just won’t get a fellowship unless you come out of a top tier residency.

The list is final after programs must "lock" as in or out which usually takes place in late January. The list may change up to that date
