i am actually on call the day after christmas (obstetrics call), but hopefully i can go home after rounds on friday. i do get the first four days of january off, though (before peds starts)

Our dean sent an e-mail to all the med students telling us to "eat a lot, sleep a lot, and try to forget about this place because we will still be here when you get back."

I'm trying to comply to the best of my ability because it was the deans orders!

so used to going to sleep late and waking up early.

Going nuts with my PS2. I hardly played at all for like a year but now it's catching up to me.

It's like I'm 10 years old again and spending countless hours with my nintendo. My thumbs are sore...haven't had that feeling in years. I still have like 3 more games to buy and play before break is over.

Of course, I'll be studying for boards. I'm studying everything from 1st year and so far I'm making great progress!!
