I've talked briefly about my struggles in the main thread, but I am now genuinely convinced that AACOM has outsourced their application system to Comcast.
June 8: "We received your transcript, allow a few days for the status to update online."
June 15: "It seems your transcript has been lost. Please resend."
June 19: "We have your transcript and your status will be updated by the end of the day."
June 23: "We have no record of your transcripts arriving. Please contact your institution and resend."
Even ignoring the fact that my school charges $30 for each transcript, and this will be the 3rd I've sent, I'm now going to be verified an entire MONTH late -- assuming this attempt is even successful. I relayed these concerns to one of their support representatives and was told to "relax, bro."
The lack of professionalism and competency is truly an embarrassment to osteopathic medicine.
