What can I do to best prepare for the Surgery shelf during the rotation?

So far, I have the following:

UWorld Surgery
Pestana Notes
NMS Casebook (Or Case Files... any more thoughts on these?)

Try to go through all of the above once during the rotation and once during dedicated study time.

It is my first rotation, so I'm definitely scared, especially with everyone talking about how much medicine there is in it. Also, I am going to be in the plastic surgery service, which is probably very poorly represented on the shelf (compared to something like GI), so I will probably need to work extra hard.

What do you guys think?
